Terms of Business

Authenticity

Every item displayed on this site is of top quality and is guaranteed fully authentic unless otherwise stated. Before display, each item is also individually vetted for condition and quality and where significant damage or blemish is noted these defects are also fully described. If required, a certificate of authenticity can be provided for any item including details of how, from whom and when the item was acquired by ourselves (a full provenance).

Returns

If any client is not fully satisfied with their purchase we operate a no quibble 30 day returns policy. Simply return any purchase directly to us within 30 days and we will action a full and immediate refund. Unfortunately, however, and because of the international nature of our business, we cannot be responsible for refunding any shipping costs. Also, if outbound shipping costs were included within the initial purchase price, these costs will be deducted prior to the refund being issued.

Payments

Lower cost items (up to £3000) can be purchased directly through PayPal secure checkout. Note that your payment through PayPal will be to Net Entrepreneurs and in GB pounds sterling. We use PayPal because we believe it is the most secure way to purchase any goods online as only they see your credit or debit card details. PayPal also operates a full payment protection scheme (see www.paypal.com for details).

Outbound Shipping Costs

The buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed by negotiation. On PayPal checkout please state your shipping preference and you will be contacted with costs and notification if any additional payment is necessary.

Insurance

For shipping, all items are insured for their full purchase price. If an alternative insurance value is required please specify at checkout. Note, that if a lower insurance value is specified, the buyer assumes all responsibility for any potential loss. If insurance is unavailable for any particular item the buyer assumes all risk against intransit loss or damage.

Customs Declaration & Clearance

For customs, all items are declared at their full purchase price. If an alternative customs value is required or if the item is required to me marked as a gift please specify at checkout. Note, that if a lower customs value is specified and/or the item is marked as a gift, the buyer assumes all responsibility for any potential loss. Once an item has reached the country of destination, customs clearance also becomes the sole responsibility of the recieving client.
